Legal assistance of business

In context of legal services the Firm is available to:

― check the legal documentation of Client in respect of compliance to the requirements of the existing legislation;

― participate in designing of different types of contracts to be signed by Client with other entities and natural persons, assist in controlling the execution of signed contracts and application of sanction provided by law and the contract in respect of counteragent of Client who fails to meet his liabilities;

― represent the interests of Client with authorities and state bodies under consideration of legal questions;

― provide consultations, conclusions and information on the legal questions arising from the activity of Client;

― vise the contracts, concluded by Client, provide conclusions in written form on economical treaties.
