Tashkent State University of Law: The first lecture and practical classes have been provided by the Council Law Firm.

Under the Agreement «About partnership and collaboration between Tashkent State University of Law and Council Law Firm » both lecture and practical classes of the practical norm’s application of the business law are run by the lawyers of the Council Law Firm.
Both lecture and practical classes on the theme “Features of conclusion of the contracts in business activity” were run by Petr Avakyan – Senior partner of the Council Law Firm.
During the interactive classes were considered such questions as: practical recommendations on drawing up the contracts, tactics of the negotiations during discussing a contract, widespread mistakes committed by the businessmen during the conclusion of a contract.
The main goal of the classes on the theme “Features of conclusion of the contracts in business activity” was to inform the students that success of their further work would depend on their ability to make agreements correctly and creatively by using all the possibilities that are given to them by Uzbek’s legislation in order to follow Client’s interest in every deal.
Students had actively participated in the discussing. They also showed a good theoretical basis and a wish to obtain practical skills by asking the questions.
