Partners at COUNCIL law firm took part at the Seminar “Implementation of Information and Communication Technologies into judicial system”

Partners at COUNCIL law firm took part at the Seminar “Implementation of Information and Communication Technologies into judicial system” which was organized by UNDP “Partnership in the sphere of supremacy of law in Uzbekistan” in cooperation with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in October, 21st 2015. There were two main questions for consideration at this Seminar.
At first question, participants were familiarized with “E-Sud” electronic system. That system makes possible for parties to submit statement of claims, all kind of applications and other documents to all Courts on civil cases and receive the judgments by the parties of judicial proceeding in on-line mode by means of this system.
The second question was dedicated of necessity and reasonability of publication of all the judgments of Courts on civil cases of the Republic of Uzbekistan in open access, particularly, in Internet.
