Tashkent State University of Law: the classes on the themes “Contract of the purchase and sale with the participation of business subjects”, “Contract of a rent in a business activity”

On 12th and 13th of October 2015 more regular classes on the theme “Contract of the purchase and sale with the participation of business subjects” were run for the students (masters) of Tashkent State University of Law by Igor Zakharov – lawyer and partner of the Council Law Firm.
On practical examples students were shown current trends, and also were voiced determined problems and mechanism of the businessmen rights’ protection during the conclusion of purchase and sale deals with foreignsuppliers.
Students suggested the draft of a contract of goods’ delivery as a practical case that contains a number of inconsistencies towards the civil, currency, and customs legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Also, on 19th of October 2015 the theme “Contract of a rent in a business activity” was discussed with the students in the context of an enforcement practice.
On practical examples were discussed the questions of the interests’ protection of a principal (tenant) on the example of the lease contract of an enterprise.
During the classes were considered the nuances of different kinds of bailment for hire (rent) contracts that are in the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Students showed rather high level of the theoretical training along with the ability of logical thinking in a non-standard legal situation.
