The Law Firm «COUNCIL» supported the festival «Atlas Bayrami»

The festival of traditional textile called “Atlas bayrami” (The festival of atlas) was held from 6 to 10 th of September. The festival is held for the second time, in the city of Margilan, where is the largest fabric production.

This year the festival was held with the legal support of the law firm COUNCIL which conducted a master class on the topic “The legal issues of doing business”.

Attorney of the law firm COUNCIL- Askar Djumanov has informed the participants of the master class on the legal aspects of doing business in Uzbekistan.  In particular, there were raised questions about the activities of individual entrepreneurs without a legal entity and family business, in addition planning legal risks of business and legal aspects of the activities of legal entities (limited liability company and  private company).

Craftsmen and other participants of the festival expressed their interest by asking different questions on the topic of master-class. Craftsmen expressed particular interest to family business and tax issues of business activity.
