Partners of the law firm “COUNCIL” participated in the conference on the topic: “Issues regarding improvements of State Registration of business entities: national and foreign experience”.

On March 16, 2017, attorney, partner of the law firm “COUNCIL” Zebo Shaislamova took part in the conference dedicated to the issues of the procedure of state registration and re-registration of business entities.

In the conference participated deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, judges of economic courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Institute of Monitoring the current Law under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as teachers and researchers of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 In the cconference were discussed issues regarding the improvements of the system of registration and re-registration of business entities, improving the quality, accessibility and empowerment of public services to business entities, implementing an effective “one-stop window” management system, strengthening the mutual cooperation of these centers with other government agencies and other issues.

 Also, the participants of the conference discussed a number of changes introduced into the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of registration and re-registration of business entities, which will come into force on April 1 of this year.
